Week 1: The Foundation & Strategy

Session 1: Mastering the STAR Method. Learn to structure answers to behavioral questions (“Tell me about a time…”) with clear, results-oriented stories.

Session 2: The 80% You Can Prepare. Researching the company, decoding job descriptions, preparing smart questions to ask the interviewer.

Session 3: Tough Questions Decoded. How to answer “What is your weakness?”, “Why should we hire you?”, and “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?” with confidence.

Homework: Prepare a “Master Story Bank” of 5 professional achievements using the STAR framework.
Week 2: Industry-Specific Deep Dives & Communication

Session 4: Track Selection. Students choose a focus track:

Track A: IT & Software (Technical rounds, coding interview basics, system design concepts).

Track B: Engineering & Oil & Gas (Safety scenarios, project management questions).

Track C: Business, Finance & Fresh Graduates (Case studies, situational judgment).

Session 5: Non-Verbal Communication & Virtual Interview Mastery. Body language, eye contact, dressing for success. Setting up your camera, lighting, and background for video interviews (Zoom/Teams).

Session 6: Salary Negotiation 101. How to discuss compensation, benefits, and negotiate an offer without losing the job.
Week 3: Simulation & Final Polish

Session 7: Mock Interview #1 (General). A standard first-round interview focusing on personality and fit. Recorded and reviewed in small groups.

Session 8: Mock Interview #2 (Technical/Industry-Specific). A second-round simulation with a trainer acting as a senior manager or technical lead. Tailored to the student’s chosen track.

Session 9: Final Feedback & Mindset Session. Individual playback review of mock interviews with personalized feedback report. Strategies for managing interview anxiety and a final Q&A.
