  • Topic 1.3: The ISO 9000 Family of Standards and the Annex SL Framework.

  • Topic 1.4: Key Terms and Definitions (Quality, Policy, Objective, Risk, etc.).

Module 2: The Seven Quality Management Principles (4 Hours)

  • Topic 2.1: Customer Focus & Leadership

  • Topic 2.2: Engagement of People & Process Approach

  • Topic 2.3: Improvement & Evidence-Based Decision Making

  • Topic 2.4: Relationship Management

Module 3: Understanding ISO 9001:2015 Requirements – Clauses 4 to 6 (8 Hours)

Module 4: Understanding ISO 9001:2015 Requirements – Clauses 7 to 10 (8 Hours)

  • Topic 4.1: Support (Clause 7): Resources, competence, awareness, communication, and documented information.

  • Topic 4.2: Operation (Clause 8): Operational planning, design & development, control of externally provided processes, production, and release.

  • Topic 4.4: Improvement (Clause 10): Handling nonconformities, corrective actions, and continual improvement.

  • Final Assessment: A 60-question multiple-choice exam to test comprehension of the standard.
